Vendor space for Maynard PrideFest 2026 is limited to Artisans, Artists, Makers and Non Profit Organizations that include or serve the Queer Community.

Any businesses that fall outside these categories that wish to table at the festival are encouraged to consider doing so via sponsorship.

If you are applying within 4 weeks of the festival, please use the contact form to check on availability before submitting an application.

** Maynard Pride Association, Inc, reserves the right to decline any business or service who does not appear to align with our organization’s vision for Maynard Pride or have a stated policy of support or inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community. If we exercise this right, we will refund the vendor fee of said business.
